PRIVATE LESSONS & CLASSES

Lessons are individually tailored to facilitate each student's goals and interests. Emphasis on technique, self/body-awareness, and creative expression. Theory, improvisation, composition, and ensemble experiences are an important component of musical development and are offered during the student's course of study. Additional opportunities may include:

Two public performances each semester
Participation in ASTACAP (American String Teacher Association Certificate of Acheivement Program)
enrichment workshops

The cost of any worthwhile endeavor is not insignificant. Be prepared to take into consideration the cost of lessons, instrument rental/purchase, and cost of materials, such as music and strings.

Lessons cost between $60-$120/lesson depending on length and location

"I came to Jessica a year ago, with the desire to learn harp. As a local business owner dealing with some life upheaval at the time, I didn't know what kind of commitment this would be, and I had no idea whether I would be able to stick with it.
